At Windy Mountain Farm we care about our customers and the trees we grow. We try our hardest to supply quality products that will live for many years to come but please keep in mind that live trees do need a little tender loving care. We take pride in our trees and if you are not satisfied with the product you received please contact us at rblouin@windymountainfarm.net and we will do our best to make it right.

Products must be paid in full before the ship date. Cancelation must be made 2 weeks prior to the ship date in order to receive a refund.

Please understand that we are not responsible for misprints if the order was submitted incorrectly. We are not responsible for shipping delays out of our control or any damage caused during shipping.
