How far in advance should I place my order?

You may order at any time. We do appreciate 4 to 6 weeks advance notice but we do accept last-minute orders as long as we are able to fulfill them in time. Feel free to contact us if you do need to place an order on short notice.

When will my order ship to ensure that my seedlings arrive in time for my event?

We ship all orders to arrive a few days prior to your event. Simply enter the event date on the field provided on the checkout screen and we will take care of the rest. Also, on the checkout screen, there is a field for you to enter any special instructions if needed. As always, feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

How do I care for my seedlings once I receive them?

The seedlings are thoroughly watered before they are shipped. Once you receive the seedlings they should be kept in a cool, dry space out of direct sunlight until your event. Your guests should plant their tree seedlings either in a pot or in the ground within a few days of receiving them.
